The University Fellowship (TUF) is the official Episcopal campus ministry for undergraduates at the University of Virginia. While deeply rooted within the Christian tradition, we are an open-minded and open-hearted group of students exploring the big questions of life and having lots of fun doing so.  We welcome everybody—no exceptions!

  • TUF gathers every Sunday evening for worship at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner for undergraduates.

  • On Monday nights we gather in the Canterbury house on Chancellor Street for Conversations on Faith & Life, presented by students, scholars, and community members.  We meet from 7 - 7:50 p.m. Compline follows at 8 p.m. in the church.

  • We meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. for an intergenerational, informal service with the parish, followed by dinner and conversation.

  • There are lots of other activities too numerous to list! For more information, check out TUF on Instagram and Facebook.

  • To receive the TUF Stuff weekly newsletter, contact University Chaplain Mark Wastler at mark.wastler@spmcuva.org.

For more information about our University Ministry, please contact the student leader, Lachlan (lsh3th@virginia.edu), or the University Chaplain, Mark Wastler (434-295-2156, mark.wastler@spmcuva.org). Mark is available for conversation, coffee, counseling, and spiritual encouragement. His office hours are Wednesdays & Thursdays, 1-4 p.m.
