Joyce and Deke Polifka offer a “farewell” concert for the Skinner organ, recorded just before the removal of its Swell and Pedal divisions for Phase 1 of the organ restoration project. The program includes Variation on a Theme by Schumann, Op. 23 for Piano Duet, César Franck’s Prélude, Fugue et Variation, Op.18 for Piano/Organ and Allegro from Organ Symphony No. 6 in G minor by Charles-Marie Widor.
